a) Basic Fabric Delivery:
We offer reliable and efficient delivery through Basic Fabrics for your convenience. This service ensures your textile fabrics are securely delivered to your specified address. Please provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

b) Own Courier:
Should you wish to use your own courier or arrange for a third-party transport service, please select the ‘Own Transport’ option at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you, allowing you to organise the pick-up from our premises.

b) Collection:
Local and international customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our Selby warehouse. Once your order has been placed, we will confirm its availability for collection and provide the relevant address and operating hours.

2. Delivery Timeframe:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected delivery method or any logistical factors. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

3. Tracking Information:
For deliveries made via Basic Fabrics or courier services, a tracking number or link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor your delivery and estimate its arrival time.

4. Delivery Charges:
For a limited time, Basic Fabrics is offering free delivery within South Africa. This promotion applies automatically during checkout—no voucher code required.

5. International Delivery:
At present, we do not offer international delivery. However, international customers may select "Collection from Warehouse (Selby)" at chekout. If you are arranging your own international courier, our sales team will gladly assist you with any required documentation or information. Please consult your local regulations for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
