1. Contact Details
Please notify us in writing if you change your address, ownership of your business, or contact details. It’s your responsibility to keep this information up to date.

2. Orders & Payments
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due before delivery, or as per agreed credit terms.
If payment is late, all outstanding balances become due immediately, and interest will be charged at the maximum legal rate from the date of default.
If you're paying in instalments and miss one, we may demand full payment of the remaining balance.

3. Delivery & Risk
Delivery is subject to stock availability and serviceable areas (confirmed at checkout).
Risk passes to you once the goods are dispatched or collected by your courier.
Prices quoted are ex-warehouse. Delivery costs may apply once Free Shipping countrywide expires.

4. Returns & Refunds (CPA-Aligned)
No Refunds for:
- Fabric that has been cut, used, damaged, or kept longer than 14 days (unless defective).
- Goods correctly supplied but returned after 14 days (unless defective).

You may return goods:
Incorrect item sent within 14 Days No Fee
Changed your mind within 14 days, unused and uncut 20% handling fee

Returns Process:
Contact us within the applicable period and request a Return Authorization Number.
Goods must be returned in original packaging.

5. Product Testing & Suitability
You are responsible for testing fabric before use. This includes tests for washing, colorfastness, stretching, etc.
We do not cover the cost of any testing or accept liability for failure to test

All goods are sold "as-is" (voetstoots) unless otherwise stated
Slight color, size, or design variations may occur due to lighting or batch differences
We do not guarantee suitability for your intended use. Please ensure compatibility before use

7. Orders & Stock
Orders are subject to stock availability.
We may contact you to adjust quantities or offer alternatives if an item is unavailable.
Orders placed via your official order form are binding, even if signed by an unauthorized representative.

8. Legal Jurisdiction & Liability
In case of legal action, you consent to jurisdiction in either the Magistrate’s Court or High Court at our discretion.
You agree to pay any legal and collection costs on an attorney and client basis.
We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages, even in the case of negligence.

9. Set-Off & Security Rights
We may automatically offset mutual debts without prior notice.
You agree to a cession of debtor rights as security for any money you owe us.
If required, you’ll provide a monthly schedule of your debtor accounts.

10. Colour Disclaimer
Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from actual fabric due to lighting and photography. No refunds or exchanges will be made based on colour variation alone.

Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or stock will be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled with full refunds provided.
