1. Return Request:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order details and reason for the return.

2. Eligibility:

- Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Goods returned after the 7-day period may be subject to a 15% handling fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Please note that if the fabric has been cut by the customer, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

3. Return Process:

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization, if applicable.
- Please securely package the item(s) and include the return authorization (if provided), along with your contact details and order information.

4. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or in the case of defective or damaged items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

5. Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable handling fees.
- Please allow for processing time, typically within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Please note that exceptions to this policy may apply to specific products or promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the respective product pages or during the purchase process. Claims will not be recognized 14 days after delivery of goods. All orders are subject to fluctuations in price and availability of goods. The prices quoted are ex-warehouse. Once goods have left the warehouse and have been sent in accordance with the order, they are not returnable. The company is not responsible for the goods once they have left the warehouse.
